Kellinator Jones and the Temple of Snark

I worked in the ILL office my junior and senior years of college. Soon after starting the job, I found out my supervisor watched the same soap opera that my mother and I liked. In fact, she'd watched it since she was pregnant with her first child in the 1950s. So we would sit there and talk about all these TV characters as if we were gossipping about mutual acquaintances.
