What would you say...

if I told you I had some good news?

Saturday I was hanging out in Crystal Blue in Little Five, where I know all the staff by name or face at least. On the spur of the moment, I asked if they were hiring. Brett, the manager, said to bring him a resume. Luckily, I had a few in the car.

Soon Brett herded me into the back of the store. I was thinking, "Wow, I didn't expect to get an interview so soon" when he said "You're training next week." Then everyone there started giving me hugs and telling me how happy they were.

WAHOOOOO!!!!

Obviously it's only part-time and won't pay my rent, but it's a start. Plus, it's a job I can work on the weekends after I get a professional job, so I can pay off my credit card. Not to mention I get a sweet employee discount ;)

Good things are coming. Think positive!
