I've wondered about this for years.

[Poll #55523]

I do think Newsweek has a more liberal bent than Time, which for me is good. And Newsweek's a tiny bit snarkier, which is always good.

Time is way more liberal -- Newsweek's the one that ran over fifty pages of a seventy page issue breaking the Lewinsky "story." I cancelled my subscription then, and will never give them another red cent. Time has had great stuff on how Bush gets his advice from a bunch of conservatives on some secret right-wing advisory committee this week (which included Dan Quayle -- talk about frightening). I've really enjoyed their covereage. THey don't hit sports as often as Newsweek, but they have good health articles.

Eh, both of them are pre-digested news summaries. For actual reporting and stuff, definately the Economist.

The economist

Definitely the Economist. The other two are just pap.
The Economist gives real news and has no worries about pissing people off. They also have an even rarer quality in news media, a sense of humour.
