My mother is really into Doreen Virtue's books. She's always talking about how my little brother is an "Indigo Child".

I remember once at the bookstore I used to work for, we had a customer who was indignant about our shelving of Doreen Virtue's book Healing with the Angels. "Why?," she demanded, "is that book shelved in the New Age section?" (She said "new age" as if she were trying to spit out something foul-tasting.)
