Having helped start this type of thing before...I recommend a small fairly trusted cadre of high preists/preistesses so you can delagate. Let them worry about the mundane things so you can enjoy the sacrifices, orgies, and other fun stuff.

Besides, you can always have fun auditioning for the positions.
