I eat
I eat because I'm bored.
I eat because I'm stressed.
I eat because I'm tired.
I eat because I'm lonely.
I eat because I'm sad.
I eat because I'm cranky.
I eat because I'm mad.
I eat because I'm drunk.
I eat because I'm depressed.
I eat because I'm always hungry.

Sorry you're feeling so down, though. You are clearly a special person. I would give you a cider if you were close by, but then again I don't think you need a depressant about right now :)

I am fucked up.

Some of the drugs just didn't work at all for me. Some would work in brand name, but the generics wouldn't work. Both of the ones that worked really well had unacceptable side effects. I just started taking one I'd had before, Serzone. I've been on it for maybe a week now? I remember that I've had it before, but cannot remember a thing about how well it worked. Wish I'd kept a decent log of those things.
But when something works, it does help, and usually with a fairly reasonable time period. If those five drugs haven't worked, your doctor needs to keep working with you to find something that will help. It may be that you need a combination of different drugs. You might need more talk or group therapy, or something else that helps you. Everybody is different, and we're also different today than we were last year or will be next year.

Anyway....my point was to say that maybe checking into that might be a good idea? {BTW, I fully believe in the theory that when you're pointing 1 finger at someone else you're pointing back 4 at yourself...so I'm telling myself, too.}
And ya' know....just random food for though (no pun intended)....I've been making itty bitty changes in my patterns lately...drinking a lot more water...cutting back on fried stuff...I lost 3.5 lbs in a week. Not a big deal at all...just saying that even little things have helped (and you know about some of the other stuff that DOESNT need to be mentioned here).
Maybe all part of that one step at a time theory? I dunno....hope this is at least a little bit helpful.....

I have never had a weight problem, but I did gain 20 pounds when I was super depressed. I had been working in accounting for years and I desperately wanted to change careers. So, I ate everyday like it was an eating contest. The way I lost the weight was simple.
I would have a realistic breakfast first thing in the morning. Then, every time I felt like a snack I would drink water. 9 times out of 10, having the water did away with the craving for a snack. I cut out sweet drinks. I would eat more slowly. Finally, I stopped eating late at night. I lost the 20 pounds in a few weeks.

I'm working on figuring it out. Believe it or not, not being in grad school really helps. I have to do it myself, but hey, if you find a good Innovox substitute, that would help!

Hey Girlie!
Keep your chin up girlie. You seem to be a beautiful and intelligent person. I live by the philosophy that good things come to those who wait. I'm sure things will be looking up for you in no time. Smooches, Bye 4 Now!
