true story about my grandmother
When they took my grandmother into the hospital for the last time, they gave her the usual battery of questions to see if she was in her right mind.
Hospital: Who's the president?
Granny: George Bush, and he's a shitass.
Granny later told my aunt "I shouldn't ought to have said that," but I'm so glad she did.

Your Grandmother proved that many other people that seem to be in their right mind, in fact are not.

before my great-aunt Betty Lou died, I was talking to her at a famiy reunion thingie - she had been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer already
I said something about Uncle Dickie
"oh him," she said, nose curling, "he's an asshole"
"wow," I said, "I'm not allowed to say such a thing... he's still my elder"
"well he's not MY elder and I can say it all I want: He's an asshole"
Damn I miss Aunt Betty Lou. Bet she and your grandma are rocking the afterlife.
