holiday cheer

Today is our holiday party at work, so I decided to be festive and presentable for a change and wore a suit. (That my mom purchased at Ross for $17.99, but the professors don't need to know that.) I feel almost professional. Except I'm still thrown because the suit has pinstripes and one of my co-workers told me I look like a mafioso. Does this mean I get to sit next to the punch bowl and break people's knees?

Anyone who has been laughed at in the "Letters Not Sent" category should definitely be first in line.

Kelinator, do you mind if I borrow your Brian Griffin. There are those who don't know who he is and I want to show him to a few of the poor souls that haven't had the pleasure.

Thankies darling...I just ran across a members icon with Brian doing the "Peanut Butter Jellytime" dance.

Priceless.

gotta love Ross. Since dumb job makes me wear dress shirts everyday, they're deffinitely great for me.

Two of my favorite work skirts are from there, which is a sign I need to visit there more often.

Yes!

Or sit under the mistletoe and break people's hearts. Or sit by the stage and break legs.

(Not enough holiday cheer over here, but a lot of holiday manic.)

can you get me a copy of this:

Journal of Gerontological Social Work
Volume: 19 Issue: 1
ISSN: 0163-4372 Pub Date: 6/29/1992

the website says it's free with library/internet lisencing but of course I'm not a library.
Specifically, I am looking for the article "Using our emotional reactions to older clients" by Renee Katz

if not, oh well, but I'd appreciate your looking into it for me... I'll bake ya some cookies!

Huh. I'm looking here (http://www.haworthpress.com/store/Toc_views.asp?sid=CW8R5AL7TM009KG05K8LHK2XRNVA0EMC&TOCName=J083v19n01%5FTOC&desc=Volume%3A%2019%20Issue%3A%201) and I think this is actually a book review for the book _Countertransference and older clients_. Have you got a local library card? It looks like GSU, Kennesaw, and UGA all have copies. You could ILL it or maybe use it at one of those libraries if you're able. I hope this helps!

right you are... it IS a book review. After perusing the book in question, I think I will see about getting a copy from the library but I'm betting no one's going to have it available since it's an industry text.
