Because it's Monday, and because I slept like an undead baby last night (woke up every two hours and cried for brains), and because the whole point of having celebrities is to mock them, and because I can, I'm declaring today International Make Fun of Britney Spears Day.

Yes, I know, it's not exactly a challenge. Kinda like shooting fish in a barrel. Only it's not even that difficult. It's more like looking at fish in a barrel.

Supposedly Britney really wanted to hurry up and have her new home ready for her wedding. You have to feel sorry for the contractor, because it has to be tough to nail a hundred house trailers together.

Dammit! I missed Make Fun of Britney Spears Day!

Next year on Make Fun of Britney Spears Day someone should organize a snarky card swap.

OH! You know, we all just really need to have an Official Snark Day! We could come up with all sorts of great Snark Day traditions and rituals! ANd we could end Snark Day with a nation-wide Tequila Send Off!

Granted, I can be holiday-invention-happy. I am, after all, the girl who invented Kafkamas. (I still have the first Kafkamas card that I made. It has a dead tree decorated with skulls and cockroaches, and a body with a knife in the back slumped over a package. Above this cheering scene is emblazoned "Gather 'Round the Kafka Tree and Open Empty Boxes." Hmmmmmmmmm... you know, I always found that card hysterically funny, but reading over that description, I bein to suspect that it isn't really funny, I'm just a bad, sick person...)
