Apparently the NBA is not in favor of creative profanity.

Steve Francis of the Houston Rockets got fined $25,000 for telling ESPN's Jim Gray during halftime that a call was "bullshit."

...Wow, it's a good thing I'm not in the NBA. I'd pretty much have to sign over my entire paycheck. Hell, I'd probably end up effectively having to pay to play. Mark Cuban wouldn't have nothin' on me.

Krikey. Our priorities are in a twist in this nation. I think the government has a strategy to get extra revenues to fund the deficit in this fashion. Yes, we now have a Federal Cuss Jar.

...and Bush should have to pay for calling a reporter an "asshole" over an open mic 2-3 years ago.

Let's face it; if we had to pay a buck for every nasty thing we said, we wouldn't have to have a tax rate...just a fine for profanity would fund our government!

All thanks to that ass *ching* Bush *ching*.

Without knowing anything about this case, I know several sports fine players for publically complaining about the officials and their calls.

Profanity on the air is just gravy.
