According to Newsweek, almost 2400 complaints against cell-phone providers were lodged with the FCC.

More than half were about AT&T Wireless.

Anyone who witnessed my epic three-month battle with AT&T Wireless last year will understand why I find this so hysterical.

While I'm certainly no fan of AT&T, Sprint is equally the devil (IMHO). At least down here, their service blows. Every time I hear a complaint about cell phone service and subsequently ask who their service provider is, 90% of the answers are "Sprint"--I kid you not.

We have Cingular and while it hasn't been HORRIBLE, it hasn't been the greatest experience. I don't think there are ANY really really good wireless providers!
