Hope you don't mind...but I stole the comics so I can make a bitch-about-my-job icon. During Tax season my job morphs into tech support for clients. :-)

I worked for Barnes & Noble for about eight years in total. I must say that on many levels, I sympathize with your frustration. Love the icon. ;-)
