I'm not sure, honey, but a lot of people got food poisoning at D*Con, including plum_evil. Did you have any of those hamburgers they were selling in the Hyatt lobby? I'm reading that they made a lot of people sick. Just remember to keep really hydrated!!!!
What you are experiencing is the dreaded New Zealand Con Funk, which was brought to our shores by one of the members of the cast of The Tribe. It in turn was passed to the director of that track to her minions (of which I was one) and from thence spread to countless others.
But be of good cheer.. it's only about a 48 hour bug.
piperchan and I managed some cold type bug, but nothing serious. we're both sleeping hours and hours and hours and she's a tissue's worst nightmare but otherwise we're alright. Must have been several bugs going around.
I had the 12 dollar burger and managed to not get food poisoning this year. Yes, indeed, I am the girl who got taken away by ambulance at the end of Con two years ago...and it was because of Tofu, I wasn't beat up by my pimp for not making the nerds pay (the rumors get better every time I hear them). Just remember, do not ever eat food that is sitting out. Con can kill you that way.
