It's one of those rural Tennessee quirks that Dana and I have known each other for years and only recently discovered we're cousins. ;)

But more than that. Dana's been there for me when I needed her. She's listened to me cry, bitch, and overanalyze. She talked me down from what was probably the worst crying screaming jag of my life. She is, quite simply, The Bomb.

I've got one better. One of my ex-boyfriends is a cousin, distantly. We didn't find out until after we broke up, and the relation through whom we are tied moved out of Rockingham County so his children "wouldn't marry their cousins."
