Valentine's Day

So half of us are planning romantic evenings, and half of us are stomping around yelling.

I'm in the latter group, but it's only because I'm not in the former. See -- I actually love Valentine's Day. I love coming up with something to make the day special for my sweetie. (Ask atomicnumber51 about the year I bought Joe the whole mall.) Yes, we should show love all year, but what's wrong with having a designated day to go all out? It's not the most important thing in a relationship, but if anyone thinks it isn't nice, they're either lying or crazy.

So -- Happy Valentine's Day to everyone. Enjoy it in whatever way you see fit.

Im engaged, but he's in another country, so the actual romanitc evening thing is out, and Im not stompy/yelly because its a stupid holiday I generally ignore anyway. I cant afford flowers (or food!), or else I would have sent him some, actually.
