Hey Atlanta girly-girls...

Natalia and I want to get fancy haircuts while she's here. Can anyone recommend a really good salon, preferably one I won't have to go into hock for, but better than Supercuts? I'm willing to shell out a little.

And on that note, I need to do something with my hair. Does anyone have any ideas? I need a makeover.

Eric Low Salon and Spa. On Juniper. Near Ponce.

Eric is FABULOUS. I adore him.

But he is WAY expensive. $55.00 for just a cut. I've spent well over $100 with him.

Key Lime Pie or Van Michaels would prolly be the way to go, I've had grand experiences at both. Though, the best cut and color I've ever had was at Studio Lucas which is now closed down. *cry*

(if you don't wanna spend Van Michaels prices, go to New Talents which is the breeding ground for Van Michaels stylists.. right next to the Buckhead location)

Allen Ryan Salon in Candler Park

Me, me, that's me! I am a hairdresser with 12 years experience, just moved down to Atlanta, and started working at Allen Ryan Salon. It's a nice salon, but not snooty or pretentious. Candler Park is the cutest neighborhood! You can go to the Flying Biscuit while you're there. I only charge $30 for a haircut. I'm good, I'm nice, I'll listen to you and make suggestions, too. I'm Sarah, by the way. Bring your friend and come see me! The salon is right on McClendon. Here is the phone number if you decide you want to come in: 4-377-7077

Girl, didn't you come back from Tennessee with a super cute new cut that you were going to post pics of?

Hee hee....

If you haven't made a decision yet, let me know. I can make two recommendations. One is in ATL, the other is in the burbs but SO worth it.
