I walked in this morning in an exceptionally good mood, determined to enjoy my Monday, when I discovered that since I banned anonymous comments, people are setting up LJs just for the purpose of harrassing me.

I am NOT writing this journal for any of you. I'm writing it for me. If you like it, I'm delighted. If you don't like it, I have a simple solution for you: Don't read it.

I never claimed to be a perfect person, but one thing I know I don't do is go flaming people without having the ovaries to put my name on it. If you've got something that you'll just die if you don't say to me, have the balls/ovaries to put your name on it. Then I can make an assessment about it other than "You're a dick."

Now, to try and recover my good mood...

That is so very lame of whomever.
Seriously, that is like something I would have done in the 4th grade to a boy I liked, even then I would know I was being lame but, you know, I would do it anyway because I was 10.
How sad for that person that they feel they must revert back to child-like behaviour to get a few kicks, I pity them really. My social life is pretty void at the moment, but I am not that bored and apparently they are.

I know the feeling. I've been bashed a few times in Psychoslut's LJ. Which she has set so only her friends can post in it, which seems a little one-sided to me, y'know?

simple solution to this one:

1) delete their comment

2) ban their username from posting in your journal

3) forget they exist

(not that you don't know all of this already....)

Its pretty easy to peg someone who launches personal attacks out of spite for what they are, so don't worry about that.
