Taking off

Tomorrow morning I'm heading to Tennessee to visit my family for a few days.

I have rarely been so in need of a vacation. Unfortunately, this one doesn't involve beaches, daiquiris, or cute boys in swim trunks.

But I'll take what I can get.

Um, where is Giles County? What city is the county seat? Hehehehe. I don't even have a clue what part of Tennessee.

Then again, we have like 95 counties.

It's south of Nashville on the AL state line. When you take I-65 to Birmingham you go right through it. Pulaski is the county seat.

I know so much because I was blessed (?) to be from Lawrence County, one county over.

Huh, sounds like you were enterig TN right about the time I was leaving it and entering Georgia. Maybe we passed each other somewhere along the way and, and now we'll never know!
