Sometimes I think my life would be a lot more pleasant if I had the guts to walk up to people and say, "You know what? You're a bitch."

Note: [livejournal.com profile] adric is a bitch.

If you said "You know what? You're being a bitch." it might prove useful in moderation. In dev. psych (et al) when trying to deal with young children it is emphasized that you make your feelings very clear to them. Students are encouraged to say to a child: "When you grab my leg like that it makes me feel bad." instead of just walloping the little brat.

YMMV, IANAL, IANAPsy, & TTFN (... *argh* )

The sad thing is, I suspect that works better on children than adults. Adults (and I use the term with some skepticism) just start prattling on about themselves.

Can you tell it's been a rough week?

It's been a rough week, but those people aren't adults....
