This is the craziest day I've had at work. Before it was just profs requesting stuff, and as much as I bitch about them, at least they know what they're doing. But now the students are looking for stuff for the law reviews, and they think we're psychic so they don't need to make their requests clear. I can't get ahead or even catch up. Feh.

Trust me, I empathize. I keep getting complaints that the password isn't working. Of course, they never specify *which* password, or what they're trying to access...
